ŌURA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise Planning to own the Pigment platform, acting as the primary Pigment administrator and model designer. You will bridge FP&A, Supply Chain, IT, and EA to ensure accurate planning and reporting across 3-statement and S&OP areas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance systems, EPM platforms, or FP&A technology roles.
• 2+ years directly administering or modeling in Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Planful, or equivalent.
• Strong FP&A processes knowledge: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, headcount planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pigment platform as primary administrator, RBAC, SSO/SCIM, access reviews, model lifecycle management.
• Configure and evolve Pigment models across FP&A and Supply Chain modules; maintain KPI calculations and workflows.
• Coordinate data pipelines between NetSuite, Databricks/Fivetran, S3 and Pigment; maintain data dictionary and mappings.
• Lead Pigment Change Control Board (CCB) for Tier 2/3 changes; manage risk, approvals, and release notes.
• Partner with FP&A and Supply Chain to translate requirements into model enhancements; support UAT.
• Create training paths and runbooks; drive end-user adoption and self-service.
