Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Application Developer for the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team to lead the migration of headcount planning from a custom tool to Pigment. You will architect and implement a scalable solution, partnering with Finance to capture processes and data flows, and deliver robust planning, forecasting, and reporting models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan or Pigment products and data integration tools.
• Advanced modeling skills in Anaplan or Pigment, including blocks, dimensions, metrics and data access control.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes (headcount/workforce).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ambiguous issues by analyzing data and resources.
• Degree in Finance, MIS, or related technical discipline with finance stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration of Workforce Planning app to Pigment.
• Partner with Finance to understand headcount planning processes and data flows.
• Architect scalable solution within Pigment tailored to Uber’s needs.
• Build, validate and maintain planning, forecasting, and reporting models in Pigment (WFP focus).
• Develop data integrations between Oracle Cloud, data warehouse, and source systems.
• Coordinate UAT and deliver end-user training to drive adoption.
• Stay current with EPM best practices and market developments.
