Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise Planning to own our Pigment EPM platform. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, and IT, serving as the central hub for Pigment within the company.

You will partner with FP&A, Supply Chain, and IT leaders to design, model, and optimize planning processes, data flows, and governance. The position offers exposure to a fast-moving team and a chance to influence enterprise planning strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance systems, FP&A or related roles.
• 2+ years administering or modeling in Pigment or equivalent.
• Hands-on Pigment model-building and admin experience.
• Familiarity with ERP data integrations and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pigment platform administration and model lifecycle.
• Configure Pigment models across FP&A and Supply Chain modules.
• Coordinate data pipelines between NetSuite, Databricks/Fivetran, S3 and Pigment.
• Lead Pigment Change Control Board processes and SOX readiness.
• Provide escalation support and UAT across modules.
• Create training and runbooks to drive user adoption.
• Stay current with Pigment roadmap and potential AI enhancements.
