Job summary

Uber is seeking a senior Application Developer on the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team to lead the migration of our headcount planning tool to Pigment. You will own the end-to-end transformation and design scalable solutions for finance partners and business leaders.

Work closely with Finance to translate requirements, build planning, forecasting and reporting models, integrate Oracle Cloud and our data warehouse, and conduct UAT and end-user training so teams adopt the new platform

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan or Pigment products and data integration tools.
Advanced Modeling Skills in Anaplan or Pigment, including blocks, dimensions, metrics and formulas.
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, especially headcount planning.
Proven ability to troubleshoot ambiguous issues using data and context without escalation.
Degree in Finance, MIS, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end migration from the custom Workforce Planning tool to Pigment for Uber.
Partner with Finance to understand headcount planning processes, data flows and objectives.
Architect scalable solutions within Pigment to meet Uber's needs and integrate with Oracle Cloud and data warehouse.
Build and maintain planning, forecasting and reporting models focused on WFP.
Coordinate UAT and conduct end-user training to drive adoption and success.
Stay current with EPM best practices to keep Uber's environment cutting-edge.
