Job summary

Codex is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to lead and optimize the company's finance systems, partnering with Finance and IT to drive planning, reporting, and data integrity. The role is the primary owner of the Pigment platform, oversees ERP and reporting apps, and leads implementations, upgrades, and integrations to improve forecasting and close processes.

The candidate should have strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with 5+ years in finance systems and 2+ years

The Finance Systems Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's finance systems to support financial operations, reporting, and planning. This role partners with Finance and Technology to lead system enhancements, improve business processes, and ensure data integrity. Hands-on experience administering and supporting Pigment is required, as this role will serve as the primary owner of the company's Pigment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Pigment planning platform.
• Manage and support finance systems, including ERP, Pigment, and financial reporting applications.
• Lead system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
• Partner with Finance and IT to improve planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of financial data.
• Support financial reporting, month-end close, and audit requirements.
• Manage system access, controls, documentation, and user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of finance systems experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Pigment administration, implementation, or support.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience integrating Pigment with ERP, HRIS, and data warehouse platforms.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
