Job summary

Titan Law Firm in Beverly Hills seeks an experienced Personal Injury Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, optimize workflows, and drive growth for a growing PI practice. You will report to the Managing Attorney and coordinate legal operations, case management, and client service initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong PI background, leadership capability, and a track record of improving efficiency while supporting marketing and business development efforts.

Qualifications

5+ years of Personal Injury case management experience.
Extensive knowledge of Personal Injury pre-litigation processes.
Prelitigation and/or Litigation experience within a Personal Injury practice.
Experience managing complex, high-volume caseloads.
Legal operations or law firm management experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
Oversee Personal Injury case management from intake through resolution.
Manage and optimize legal processes, technology, and systems.
Support referral partner relationships and business development initiatives.
Mentor and develop staff, and lead through accountability and teamwork.
