Capital Health is recruiting for an Office/Practice Manager to coordinate scheduling across multiple locations, manage registration and billing workflows, and supervise staff. The role emphasizes efficiency, compliance, and patient satisfaction in a high-volume setting.

Qualified candidates will have extensive office management experience in healthcare, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EHR, scheduling and billing systems.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five years of office management experience required; healthcare setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance, billing and CMS regulations preferred.
  • Proficient with electronic health records, scheduling and billing systems; MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Works directly with providers to implement scheduling to maximize productivity and coordinate resources across locations.
  • Oversees registration, charge capture and initial submission, and billing file maintenance.
  • Monitors budget compliance and manages office accounts payable.
  • Interviews and hires across locations and conducts staff performance reviews.
  • Ensures compliance with DNV-GL standards and coding requirements.
