Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• One year of healthcare office experience with supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of insurance, CMS regulations, and billing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of resources and staff across locations to ensure productivity.
• Hire, appraise, and discipline staff; manage expenditures within salary budget.
• Prepare timely monthly referrals, provider hours, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with organization policies, laws, and DNV-GL standards.
• Lead staff meetings and drive patient satisfaction and service quality goals.
• Collaborate with insurance and billing teams to optimize referrals and billing processes.
