Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for physician and faculty recruitment needs.
• Identify active and passive candidates through databases, associations, residency programs, and social media.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future openings.
• Screen candidates for alignment with malpractice history and covenants.
• Collaborate with Faculty Recruiters to set sourcing priorities and profiles.
• Track sourcing metrics and prepare pipeline updates for leadership.
