Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston is seeking a Physician Recruiter for faculty positions to lead the full recruitment cycle for top clinical and academic leaders.

You will partner with executives and department chairs to design sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience, coordinate interviews, offers, and ensure compliance while building a sustainable talent pipeline for the institution's growth.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Preferred: Master's degree.
• Preferred Certification: SHRM, CBP, CCP and/or CEBS, PMP or CPRP certification for Physician/Provider Recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for faculty and physician leadership.
• Provide strategic oversight and status updates to executives and clients.
• Post and manage requisitions in the ATS; track progress and maintain CRM data.
• Conduct interviews, present screened candidates, and extend offers.
