Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned physician recruitment searches and advise senior management on recruitment strategies.
• Manage full cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop sourcing plans, budgets, and timelines with stakeholder accountabilities.
• Create market-informed opportunity descriptions and conduct market intelligence for specialty areas.
• Collaborate with Medical Staff Office, HR, and departments to ensure timely hiring and compliant processes.
