Responsibilities

• Establishes herself/himself as a business partner with leadership for assigned departments.
• Manages the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing through hire.
• Create sourcing plans and budget with timelines and stakeholders.
• Oversee scheduling of on-site interviews, tours, and candidate meetings.
• Coordinate offers and onboarding handoffs to ensure a smooth transition.
