Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking an Advisor Physical Security to support access control, intrusion, and video management systems across sites in a hybrid work setting. You will design, implement, and troubleshoot security solutions while guiding contractors through project lifecycles.

The role requires hands-on experience with Genetec, CAD tools, and strong collaboration with IT and facilities teams. A ethics-driven, detail-oriented professional with 7+ years in security is ideal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in physical security systems, programming, administration, integration, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with access control, digital and analog video surveillance, visitor management and intrusion detection.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if experience is strong.
• Leads with ethics and integrity and can manage multiple people, projects, tasks and communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical assistance to locations for physical security technology needs.
• Build out the Genetec program for sites and ensure system integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provision networks, computers and accounts.
• Assess and resolve security system issues by diagnosing remotely and creating remediation plans.
• Prepare deficiency reports and verify installations meet Enbridge standards.
• Update drawings using Bluebeam or CAD tools and read blueprints/programming sheets.
