M.C. Dean is actively seeking a Sr. Physical Security Engineer to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) group.

You will design, implement, and maintain advanced electronic security services, including intrusion detection, access control, biometrics, and video surveillance for federal, local, and commercial clients. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 7+ or 5+ years of experience, respectively, and have expertise in VMS/CCTV systems (Bosch, Milestone, Genetec) and

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance is required.
• 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience with VMS/CCTV systems (Bosch, Milestone, Genetec) and related security tech.
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
• Provide on-site support and interface with customers and vendors.
• Design and troubleshoot electrical security systems including ACS, PSIM, and PIDS.
• Review drawings, SOWs, and test lab equipment; document findings.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
