Job summary

CDW is seeking Senior Consulting Engineers who are smart, hardworking and enjoy teaming on highly visible, technically challenging projects and offerings. You will plan, design, implement, and support Physical Security Systems including video surveillance, access control, sensors, and integrations.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years (or 9+ years alternative), hands-on Genetec or Verkada experience, travel 25–50%, strong client communication, and the ability to manage projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation, and support.
• Hands-on Genetec or Verkada Systems Engineering experience.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% and work weekends/off hours as needed.
• Experience in infrastructure/network environments and IT project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform client consultation: plan, design, implement, and support Physical Security Systems.
• Develop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the network; analyze existing systems and propose solutions.
• Set up, configure, and test Physical Security Systems including video surveillance, access control, sensors, and integrations.
