Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of physical security systems for new office and facility builds and to own the specialty site program across the existing portfolio.

This role serves as the primary liaison across internal teams, vendors, and construction partners to ensure on-time, on-budget implementation aligned with GSIS standards and security best practices in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in security/design/construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, PSP, CPP) are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project schedules, budgets, correspondence, and document control.
• Prepare and review design/contract documentation and procurement activities.
• Lead bid processes, RFIs, and vendor evaluations for security systems.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and security integrators across portfolios.
• Oversee commissioning, acceptance testing, and handover to operations.
• Report project status and drive continuous improvement.
