Job summary

AV is seeking a Senior Physical Security Manager to lead 24/7 security operations, including Physical Security, Plant Protection, and Incident/Emergency response, reporting to the Director, Industrial Security. The role manages all physical security programs and personnel in a developing team, coordinating integrated security efforts across the company.

Key responsibilities include leading security assessments, defining strategies, risk analysis, and driving program execution with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 13+ years hands-on experience in Physical Security across the full spectrum (Physical Security, Executive Protection, Crisis Management, Emergency response).
• 6+ years of demonstrated management/leadership in developing a physical security program and budgets for small teams.
• Experience in physical security technology, guard force management, and defense-in-depth security principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full physical security assessment lifecycle from analysis to execution and mitigation tracking.
• Lead comprehensive security assessments across facilities and regions using desktop and field research.
• Define and maintain the overall physical security assessment strategy and apply it consistently across infrastructure and projects.
