Dexterra Group is seeking a Safety and Security Manager to lead a 24/7 security program for a large residential hub serving thousands of residents, employees, contractors and visitors. You will align contract security teams, establish post orders and escalation protocols, and drive continuous improvement across access control, CCTV, and health and safety.

This role requires five+ years of physical-security leadership and credentials such as CPP/PSP/CEM, with on-site leadership in a 24/7

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive physical-security experience, including leading a large site or campus.
• ASIS CPP/PSP/CEM or equivalent credentials are preferred.
• Experience with health, safety, and environmental programs and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Direct the 24/7 security program across gates, patrols, and access points.
• Lead incident response, investigations, and reporting in partnership with HR and Legal.
• Develop post orders, SOPs, and emergency protocols; manage vendors and KPIs.
