Job summary

RL People is seeking a seasoned Physical Security Manager to own and shape the security program across multiple facilities, ensuring people, assets and data are protected while maintaining compliance. You will oversee CCTV, access control, alarms and vendor relationships, drive audit readiness (NAID AAA, R2v3), manage investigations and chain-of-custody controls, with travel of 20–25% to sites.

Primarily on-site with visits to warehouse areas; a Bachelor's degree is required, and PSP/CPP

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in physical security, security ops or loss prevention.
• Experience managing CCTV, access control, alarms and vendors/integrators.
• Proven audits, compliance, policy development and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own physical security across facilities and multi-site environment.
• Lead audits readiness (NAID AAA, R2v3) and third-party/customer audits.
• Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs.
