Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing physical security operations in a corporate, industrial, manufacturing, or campus environment at the supervisor level or higher.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, and security platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an operational setting.
• Strong knowledge of incident management and escalation processes.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and contract service providers.
• Knowledge of physical security systems, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and lead effectively during critical incidents.
