Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Physical Security Specialist to oversee enterprise-wide security operations, risk management, and program execution across offices in Portland, OR and Renton, WA. You will serve as a senior SME, provide executive protection, incident response, and governance support in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree and at least five years in protective services, with CPP/PSP/APP or CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in law enforcement, federal law enforcement, military police/security, executive protection, or other protective services with threat assessment and incident response.
• Preferred CPP, PSP, APP, executive protection certification, CPR/AED and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise physical security operations aligned with organizational risk posture and business needs.
• Respond to critical incidents and emergencies affecting personnel and facilities.
• Provide executive protection services for senior leaders and board members.
• Plan and execute protective operations for board meetings and high-profile events.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Oversee security technologies including access control, video, intrusion detection, and visitor management.
