Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in physical security services
• 3+ years as a field technician or equivalent
• Understanding of physical security practices, risk management, health and safety
• Ability to create, run and analyze queries
• Advanced data analysis and reporting experience
• Understanding data flow and business processes
• Ability to meet project deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Familiarity with Avigilon, Lenel, Mercury, Bosch panels

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with third parties and in-field contractors for ongoing support and maintenance of applications.
• Oversee system commissioning and troubleshooting with real-time technical guidance.
• Program and configure security devices including access control and CCTV as designed by the team.
• Support go-lives, operations, maintenance, and enhancements to security systems.
• Review upcoming trends, maintenance, and issues with application owners/users regularly.
• Ensure ongoing system strategy alignment and delivery of enhancements.
• Assist with incident response and crisis management activities as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to users on applications.
• Assist service desk with application-related issues.
• Coordinate regression testing for business applications.
• Engage IT for configurations and operations of applications.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training documents.
• Work with IT business analysts on new system requirements.
• Facilitate change management and user communication around applications.
• Keep the technical service catalog up-to-date.
