Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a Manager, Physical Security Programs to lead security technology programs across its global real estate portfolio. You will own the lifecycle of access control, video, visitor management, radios, mass notification, and related systems, coordinating with IT, facilities, and business stakeholders.

The role requires deep security tech expertise, strong project management, and the ability to translate operational needs into scalable, resilient technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, integrating, and supporting complex physical security technology solutions.
• Ability to lead security technology projects across multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of networking, APIs, identity management, and enterprise system integrations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the subject matter expert and technical program lead for physical security technologies across the portfolio.
• Lead multiple concurrent security technology projects and manage vendor selections and RFPs.
• Develop SOPs, documentation, training, and testing programs to ensure operational readiness.
