You will own end-to-end delivery of security applications for new builds, expansions and relocations from go-live through FDO B, leading day-to-day activities and coordinating with partners and clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or Business, and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team's day‑to‑day activities and drive projects to successful completion.
• Document and execute system changes.
• Effectively prioritize workload, tasks, and projects for oneself and for the team.
• Learn subject matter quickly and immediately apply that knowledge to implement a responsible plan or decision.
• Support the business outside of regular business hours when required.
• Define core security policies and documentation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions in partnership with project management.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction and deepen client relationships; manage client expectations effectively.
• Interface with vendors, including opening work orders for hardware malfunctions.
• Partner with other teams on system outages and planned maintenance.
