Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Ramsey, MN is seeking a Sr. Phlebotomy Technician to support the supervisor in daily department operations. You will perform and process Point of Care Testing (POC) and collect venous and capillary blood from adults, infants and children, with travel required for this position.

Hours vary 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with rotational weekends. The position offers $27.00–$32.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and potential annual incentive compensation for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of progressive, accomplished experience in POC and phlebotomy preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Responsibilities

• Performs and processes Point of Care Testing (POC) and phlebotomy.
• Collects venous and capillary blood from adults, infants and children.
• Assists supervisor in day-to-day department operations and ensures coverage and efficiency.
