Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Ramsey, MN is seeking a Sr. Phlebotomy Technician to join our team on a Monday-to-Friday schedule (hours vary 6:30 AM–8:30 PM) with rotational weekends. The role covers venous and capillary blood collection and POC testing for adults, infants and children, under supervision.

Pay range is $27.00–$32.00 per hour, with eligibility for annual bonus. Benefits support health, financial security and career development for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of progressive, accomplished experience in POC and phlebotomy preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.

Responsibilities

• Prepares staff schedule to provide adequate coverage and updates changes daily.
• Ensures equitable distribution of workload.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues with technicians, clinic staff etc. as needed in conjunction with the Supervisor.
• Monitors to ensure work is being performed efficiently.
• Establishes onboarding program for new employees.
• Performs phlebotomy and POC testing as needed.
