Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of progressive, accomplished experience in POC and phlebotomy preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy and POC testing as needed.
• Prepares staff schedules to provide adequate coverage and updates changes daily.
• Monitors workflow and resolves issues in collaboration with the Supervisor.
• Maintains supplies and proper disposal and order placement to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Obtains specimens, requisitions, and draws blood or performs POC tests as needed.
