Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist Representative – Sr. Site Lead for the Nashville, TN location, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM.

This role delivers professional phlebotomy services at Patient Service Centers or Client Offices, ensures accurate specimen collection and patient identification, and supports on-site staff while escalating complex cases as needed. The position requires at least three years of phlebotomy experience and a phlebotomy

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections (venipuncture, capillary draws) with accuracy and care.
• Ensure correct patient identification and labeling of specimens.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Lead or mentor on-site staff and oversee daily operations.
