You will oversee lab safety, coordinate instruction, and support faculty development while maintaining program standards and student success metrics.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and basic computer applications.
• Background in Phlebotomy Technician education with program accreditation.
• OSHA regulations knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program curriculum implementation and accreditation documentation with campus leadership.
• Coordinate classroom and lab instruction; mentor faculty and ensure externship readiness.
• Supervise externship progress and support student success.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to faculty; track pass rates.
