Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist III Territory (Float) in Valparaiso, IN. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with rotational weekends and travel within the assigned territory to PSCs and client sites.

The position requires a minimum of three years of phlebotomy experience and California/Nevada/Washington/Louisiana phlebotomy certifications in certain states; English is required. Competitive pay starts at $21.50+ per hour with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws; handle difficult draws with minimal error.
• Identify patients and verify specimen labeling; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label, centrifuge, split, store as required.
• Provide professional patient service; maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment; communicate clearly.
