Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Lees Summit, MO is seeking a Phlebotomist III Territory (Float) to cover PSC/IOP locations with 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM shifts and rotational weekends. This role requires travel up to 75% within the territory and offers a pay range of $21.50+ per hour.

The position emphasizes accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols, with opportunities for annual incentive pay and comprehensive benefits starting Day 1 for full-time

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• English language required

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy collections across PSC/IOP sites with accuracy and professionalism.
• Verify patient identification and labeling; document data entry as needed.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory to support patient service centers.
• Adhere to testing protocols, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements
