Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Phlebotomist III Territory (Float) in Florissant, MO. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends, and involves travel within an assigned territory to collect specimens at PSCs, IOPs, and other sites.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws, handling pediatric and geriatric cases with accuracy.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures for labeling accuracy; perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label, centrifuge, split, and store as required by test orders.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
