Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist III Territory (Float) for Valparaiso, IN. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with rotational weekends and travel within an assigned territory to PSCs and IOPs.

Expect a pay range of $21.50+ per hour, annual performance bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits. Requirements include 3 years phlebotomy experience and state-specific certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in certain states.
• English required for patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws; handle pediatric and geriatric cases with care.
• Obtain patient identification and verify orders; data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label, centrifuge, and store as required.
• Communicate procedures clearly and maintain a clean, welcoming collection area.
