Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following established procedures.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and data entry for test orders.
• Travel within an assigned territory to PSCs or IOPs, maintaining service standards.
• Adhere to testing protocols and confidentiality, handling complex collections when needed.
