The role involves directing daily PSC/IOP activities, maintaining safety and accuracy, and mentoring staff. Responsibilities include specimen collection, data entry, patient interaction, and adherence to SOPs while coordinating with the Territory Manager on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

• Collect specimens according to established procedures and prepare them for lab testing.
• Read, understand and comply with SOPs and ensure staff follow instructions.
• Mentor and coach new employees and assist with scheduling and workflow.
