Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead in Lawrenceville, GA. Schedule is Mon-Thu 8:00-5:00 and Fri 8:00-12:00, with a pay range starting at $21.70 per hour.

This position emphasizes leadership, adherence to SOPs, and high standards of patient care, with potential to lead additional PSR staff on site and participate in special projects.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
• Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and cover Patient Service Centers/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required, including safeguarding assets and credit card information.
• Data entry and processing specimens including labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing as required by test order.
• Read, understand and comply with departmental policies and ensure staff follow instructions.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and maintenance logs.
