Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist Representative - Sr. Site Lead at our Plano, TX location. This role requires leading on-site staff, ensuring accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of phlebotomy experience, a valid phlebotomy certification, and may have prior leadership experience as shift/site lead. Schedule is Monday to Friday with some weekends; compensation starts at $24.05 per hour

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred leadership experience as shift/site lead.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following established procedures including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and confirm labeling accuracy; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per test orders.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve issues with patients and clients.
• Lead site operations and mentor on-site staff; ensure SOP compliance.
