Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist III Site Lead in Oak Lawn, IL. You will lead staff, collect specimens, and ensure high-quality phlebotomy services across PSCs and IOP locations. Qualifications

• Five years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens following established procedures.
• Administer instructions and manage patient interactions at the PSC/IOP sites.
• Lead daily activity and coach on-site staff across multiple locations.
• Perform Point of Care (POC) testing where needed and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain thorough documentation and data entry in lab systems.
