Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy.
• Ensure proper specimen labeling, data entry, and transport preparation.
• Provide exemplary patient service and maintain a clean collection environment.
• Travel to PSC and IOP locations with reliable transportation as needed.
