Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric/geriatric and capillary collections.
• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure accurate labeling and patient identification.
• Maintain required records and documentation and verify demographics.
• Travel to multiple locations and support doctor offices or service centers as needed.
