Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist III- Float to draw blood, prepare specimens, and support patient service across multiple locations. This onsite role requires leadership during onboarding and daily coordination with PSRs and other staff.

The candidate will join a high-volume clinic environment, ensuring accurate specimen handling and exceptional patient communication. Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with flexibility for coverage across sites.

Qualifications

• Five years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Provide on-site leadership, coaching, and onboarding for new staff as needed.
