Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Patient Services Representative III-Floater to draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing while maintaining patient trust and confidentiality. The role may be assigned to a doctor’s office, a patient service center, or other sites as needed.

You will follow established procedures, verify demographics post-venipuncture, and ensure accurate labeling. Strong customer service and flexibility to cover multiple locations are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics and ensure tubes are labeled correctly.
• Maintain accurate records and document processes.
