Job summary

Mindlance seeks a Patient Services Representative III-Floater to represent the company to patients, draw blood, and prep specimens for lab testing with accuracy and confidentiality. Role may be assigned to doctor offices, service centers, or as needed across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Responsibilities

• Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing.
• Perform verification of patient demographic info and ensure correct labeling of tubes.
• Maintain records and documentation, and assist in multiple Patient Service Center locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate procedures clearly to patients.
• Work independently, travel to assigned locations, and cover shifts as needed.
