Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist - Floater to draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing while ensuring safety, accuracy, and patient comfort. You will work under supervision, travel between multiple sites as needed, and support both pediatric and geriatric patients.

The role requires a high school diploma and a minimum of three years phlebotomy experience, with certification preferred in certain states. Flexibility for variable schedules and locations is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training or phlebotomy training is preferred; phlebotomy certification is required in CA/NV/WA.
• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture to ensure accuracy.
