Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist III- Float to draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for testing across multiple sites. You will lead on-site teams, coach new staff and ensure accurate, timely patient service while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

The role requires strong customer service, exceptional phlebotomy skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a high-volume environment across PSC/IOP settings.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomist III- Float leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
• Experience with high-volume draws and pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections preferred.
• Strong patient communication and ability to explain procedures clearly.
• Ability to oversee daily activities across PSC/IOP settings.
• Capable of coaching new staff and providing onboarding support.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Provide coverage at multiple locations and roles.
• Lead on-site PSR activities and coach new staff.
• Explain procedures to patients to build trust and safety.
• Coordinate with sales, IT, billing and logistics for complex orders.
