Job summary

Jewish Federation of Greater Houston in Houston seeks a Philanthropy Operations Manager to lead analytics, donor intelligence, and stewardship to boost fundraising effectiveness and portfolio success.

You will transform donor data into actionable insights, manage CRM reporting in MS Dynamics 365, and collaborate across Philanthropy, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align reporting with fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in development operations, fundraising operations, donor services, prospect research, advancement services, or a related nonprofit role.
• Experience utilizing donor analytics, prospect research tools, wealth screening information, fundraising performance metrics, and CRM reporting to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for fundraisers, executives, and volunteer leaders.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising Intelligence and Pipeline Development: mine CRM data to identify giving patterns and opportunities for pipeline development and increased support.
• CRM and Reporting: operate MS Dynamics 365 CRM, create dashboards, reports, and workflows; ensure data integrity.
• Gift Agreements and Administration: track proposals, gift agreements, reporting, and transfers; reconcile CRM with Finance and Impact teams.
• Donor Communication and Stewardship Operations: manage donor communications, acknowledgments, reminders, tax substantiation, and related outreach; ensure quality controls.
