Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with extensive phased array RF design experience.
- Experience with RF design, simulations, tolerances, and reliability for space hardware.
- Proven ability to lead technical trade studies and program-level reviews.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex RF and Phased Array development including research, design, and analysis for space-qualified systems.
- Drive multi-disciplinary teams through early lifecycle milestones and reviews (BOE, PDR, SRR, SDR).
- Champion IRAD initiatives and perform technical trade studies to guide leadership decisions.
- Develop roadmaps for phased array and RF capabilities while reducing SWaP-C and cost.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with customers, business development, and program leadership.
