Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field; 15+ years experience, or graduate degree with 13+ years.
• Experience with Digital and Analog Phased Array design for multi-beam AESAs and ESAs.
• RF performance analysis including link budgets, S-parameters, matching networks, and non-linear effects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex RF and Phased Array development for space-qualified arrays.
• Drive multi-disciplinary teams through early lifecycle milestones and reviews.
• Champion IRAD initiatives and conduct technical trade studies for leadership.
• Develop roadmaps using latest RF technologies to advance capabilities while reducing SWaP-C.
• Support pursuits with BOE proposals and ensure cost/schedule performance.
• Collaborate with customers, technical experts, and program leadership to align requirements.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to fellow engineers.
