Job summary

Logos Space is seeking a lead RF/antenna engineer to own the design and spaceflight validation of electronically steered phased array antennas. You will define architecture, perform trade studies, and guide a cross‑functional team across RF, mechanical, thermal, and manufacturing disciplines.

The role requires 5+ years in RF/microwave for satellite systems, with strong beamforming knowledge and end‑to‑end product lifecycle experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM field.
• 5+ years in RF, microwave, and/or antenna engineering for satellite comms or similar.
• Strong understanding of phased array antennas, beamforming, and AESA technology.
• Familiarity with RF system including digital, baseband, RF/microwave components and radiating elements.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and product lifecycle for RF hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware implementation and spaceflight readiness of RF payload phased array systems.
• Cradle-to-grave design, vendor management, validation, and production readiness.
• Develop system-level requirements for complex phased array antennas.
• Manage cost and schedule of RF hardware.
• Define RF system architecture and perform trade studies.
• Lead multidisciplinary team across antenna, RF, mechanical, thermal, electrical, and manufacturing domains.
• Plan and run qualification campaigns for space environments per MIL-STD-461 and similar standards.
