Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Technical/vocational school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise-level inventory operations, including procurement processes and perpetual inventory accuracy.
• Oversees controlled substance programs, diversion prevention, and DEA/institutional policy compliance.
• Conducts audits and reviews to advise on inventory integrity analytics and cost containment.
• Leads system-wide medication safety initiatives and error prevention.
• Facilitates root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
• Serves as a pharmacy safety champion and advisor to leadership.
• Oversees hazardous medication handling protocols and environmental monitoring.
